"VALKYRIE"

Cedar planking on white oak frames with varnished oak trim. Varnished Sitka spruce spars with S.S. rigging. Cast iron keel. "Valkyrie" comes complete with reasonably good sails (main, genoa, jib and spinnaker) mainsail and tiller covers, good running Buchanan 25 H.P. 4 cylinder inboard engine, VHF radio, head, compass, anchor, lines, fenders, new interior cushions and a steel folding cradle.

In the summer of 2006 "Valkyrie" was rigged up and in the water being sailed by the staff of Woodwind Yachts. She is in fairly good overall condition, requiring some upgrades and cosmetics over the next winter to bring her to excellent condition throughout.
