Varnished red cedar planking on steam-bent white oak ribs. Mahogany sheer planks, transom and rudder. Varnished Sitka spruce mast and boom. Vessel is equipped with one suit of Dacron sails plus an older jib, and a fitted cover. "Brooke" was raced at Toronto's Boulevard Club in the 1930's, and then later at the Port Credit Yacht Club. In the 1960's, she was taken to Lake Muskoka and sailed as a cottage boat. Around 5 years ago, some restoration and refinishing work was done. Although in reasonably good condition at this time, she now requires additional restoration work to bring her back into excellent condition. As is $3,500.00 O.B.O.
