Emailing Woodwind Yachts

Over the past year, we have received an overload of correspondence and inquiries from amateur boatbuilders and hobbyists. As much as I would like to help you all, my time is best spent with my customers and vessels requiring our facility and services, and I will be responding to only those emails.

As I don't own a computer and have no interest or time to learn how to operate one, my emails are directed to me through Haertel Design. Although email is downloaded daily, I don't sort through and reply to my mail on a daily basis. Therefore, delays in my response can be expected.

For those wishing immediate communication, or to discuss their project in depth, I would ask that you call me over the telephone at (905) 986-9663. I am most conveniently available between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (eastern standard time), Monday through Thursday.

I thank you for your co-operation, as this will help to eliminate numerous daily interruptions, and somewhat reduce the email correspondence, allowing me more time to restore the vessels I so dearly love.
